Key Skills: - Strong expertise in SQL Queries. - Proven experience in troubleshooting complex database issues in a production environment. - Sound knowledge of Network Logs, Console Errors, and Error Log verification in the browser. - Familiarity with Application Insights for log checking and issue troubleshooting. - Experience with DotNet Core is highly desirable for debugging code and fixing bugs. - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of application support processes and tools. - Experience in managing high-priority incidents and critical support cases.,
