As a Client Service Specialist at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to Wealth Management client service teams, managers, and clients. Operating in a dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with advisors, client service professionals, product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach across Private Banking products. Your role will entail investigating and resolving both generic and complex issues, enhancing your understanding of Private Bank products and services, and upholding high client service standards. Effective collaboration across the Wealth Management division, clear and consistent communication, and informed decision-making that considers risks and impacts on the firm and colleagues will be key aspects of your role. **Job Responsibilities:** - Investigating and resolving generic and complex issues - Building knowledge of Private Bank products and services - Detail-oriented problem-solving: Identifying underlying problems and patterns, developing innovative solutions - Upholding high standards of client service: Meeting client requests consistently, ensuring client satisfaction - Collaboration: Utilizing business knowledge, technical skills, and partnerships to solve client problems and improve business outcomes - Communication: Delivering clear, consistent messages via email or phone, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal partners - Organization: Prioritizing and executing initiatives, tasks, and details efficiently - Decision-making: Evaluating options to assess risk and impact on the firm and colleagues, taking ownership of actions **Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:** - College degree or equivalent experience in relationship or client service - Experience with a variety of financial products, with CoreCash Operations experience being essential - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, under pressure and tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Expertise in Microsoft Outlook email, scheduling, and task management - Comfort with Internet/Intranet usage and quick learning of proprietary software and databases,
