As a SAP SD Senior Consultant in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for leading and executing full-cycle SAP SD implementations. Your primary focus will be on configuring Order to Cash processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business transformation. With a minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 3 full-cycle implementations, you will have a deep understanding of SAP SD modules and integration with MM, PP, and FI. Your key responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing scalable solutions, and providing guidance on pricing procedures, consignment processing, and third-party order processing. Additionally, you will be involved in user training, troubleshooting SAP SD-related issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in EDI, IDOCs, and interface management will be beneficial, along with knowledge of S/4HANA SD functionalities. While SAP SD certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Exposure to Fiori applications for SAP SD and experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations will be valuable assets.
