GlobalLogic is looking for a skilled Workday Integration Specialist with extensive experience in Workday HCM/Finance integrations, Custom Report Services (CRS), and authentication protocols. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving complex integration issues, focusing on metadata synchronization, schema drift, and connector optimization. Collaboration with engineering and support teams will be essential to enhance resolution efficiency and elevate the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Workday integrations, hands-on expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, CRS, and Workday APIs, as well as strong technical knowledge of authentication protocols and connector debugging. Experience in supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are also required. Additionally, the candidate must hold a graduation degree with a Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo, be willing to work from the office in rotational shifts, and ready to join immediately. Responsibilities for this role include configuring, maintaining, and managing Workday test and sandbox environments, resolving integration issues such as metadata sync failures, managing schema drift, null field issues, and report inconsistencies, validating and troubleshooting authentication setups, and developing technical documentation and root cause analysis reports to support continuous improvement.
