We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee and strengthen partnerships with government stakeholders. The BDM will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and public sector clients, ensuring alignment of business objectives, managing project expectations, and driving the successful delivery of government initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities within the government sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, agencies and officials. Act as a trusted advisor to align organizational services with public sector goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor government policies, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes. Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and government agencies. Qualifications: Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field. Proven experience in government project management or public sector engagement. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of public sector dynamics and a passion for building impactful government partnerships.
