As part of the team , you will drive the following: Provide design, functional and implementation support for CPQ Tools - Salesforce, Conga , SAP Callidus or any other tool Assess end-to-end CPQ processes to identify gaps , benchmark with best-in-class practices and help the client define target state processes standardized across geographies/business units Define user personas and user journeys Work as an integral part of the clients sales organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach. Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness Bring your best skills forward to e xcel at the role : Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project Strong program management/ people management skills Experience working with "C" level executives Global exposure Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Experience in global implementation, rollout and UAT support Deep expertise in Pricing Analytics, advanced analytics, visualization tools Structured approach to Problem solving Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the "C" level executives in a range of environments Desire to work in an information systems environment Qualifications Y our experi ence counts! Salesforce CPQ Specialist is a plus.
