As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions for our clients. With at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce and a total of 3+ years in the IT industry, you will play a key role in customizing Salesforce applications to meet the specific needs of our customers. Your expertise in Force.com developer toolkit, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Component Framework, and Force.com Migration Tool will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions. You should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Service and Community Cloud, including Service, Community, Workflow, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. Your familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services will enable you to integrate Salesforce applications with other systems seamlessly. Additionally, your prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools will be advantageous. Having current Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II is preferred. You will be involved in implementing and maintaining Salesforce customizations like custom forms, fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. Following best practices and design patterns on the Salesforce.com platform is crucial for the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will also include creating and executing test plans, gathering requirements, developing custom solutions, and documenting technical specifications. You should stay updated on Salesforce product releases and acquisitions to leverage the latest features and capabilities in your projects. Desired skills for this role include experience in Form development and integration with Salesforce Service Cloud, as well as knowledge of integrating DocuSign and Conga with Salesforce Service Cloud. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively will be key to delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
