Key Skills: Project Manager, Project Management, Jira, Confluence. Roles and Responsibilities: Delivery: Drive integrated teams to deliver robust technology solutions aligned with key client initiatives. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope. Outcomes: Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and QA teams to define estimates, delivery timelines, and conduct retrospectives. Tracking: Monitor and manage team velocity, project KPIs, and financials including project P&L. Align project tracking with overall strategic and delivery goals. Communication: Provide clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Escalate risks, delays, and key project updates to senior management as required. Coordination: Maintain and manage sprint dependencies across development, infrastructure, and third-party teams. Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Ensure continuous improvement and learning within the project team. Relationships: Manage high-level client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services. Process: Assist the Head of Delivery in preparing cost and effort estimates, RFIs, and crafting Statements of Work (SOW). Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex projects with durations up to 12 months and budgets over Rs50 Lakhs (or equivalent to PS500,000+). Proven track record in agile and Scrum methodologies, preferably within a technology or agency environment. Strong business acumen supported by solid technical understanding. Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable. Prior experience working with global teams or organizations. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, and lead without direct authority. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels. Experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days onsite in the Mumbai (Goregaon) office. Interest or knowledge in cricket is a plus. Education: B.Des., B Arch, Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation, Arts Bachelor, B.E., B Ed., B.Com.
