Description
As a part of the Financial Reporting Process Improvement Team in Gurgaon, you will be expected to act as a Confluence Unity system Subject Matter Expert, providing support to global financial reporting teams across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining maps, tables, and business data functions in Unity to generate Financial Statements for clients, collaborating with operational teams for testing and sign off, and focusing on transparency and timely escalation during migration processes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create custom reports, suggesting areas for process improvement, creating detailed business requirements documents, planning and executing testing of enhancements, performing regression testing, and providing training and pre-/post-implementation support. Additionally, you will manage a production support process to resolve issues identified by operational teams once production is live. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with Programming Language (e.g., JAVA, SQL), databases like Oracle, and dashboard reporting. Proficiency in all elements of Microsoft Office and advanced macro skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. Experience in a technical system support role, fund accounting, financial reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds, business analysis, UAT testing, or a third-level degree in a relevant field would be advantageous. You must possess good verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, be a good team player, quick learner, and adaptable to changing business requirements. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are necessary to meet tight timelines. Operating in a high-pressure environment, working independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and being willing to work in shifts and flexible hours as per business requirements are key attributes required for this role.,
