At least 3 years in RPA and UiPath implementations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications: UiPath Business Analyst or RPA Developer certifications (preferred). Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in process optimization. In-depth knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools. Proficiency in documenting workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
