Confluence Administrator

Role Overview: You are responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Atlassian Confluence environment. Your duties include user management, space permissions, system maintenance, and integrating with other tools like Jira. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Confluence (Cloud or Server-based). - Manage user roles, access rights, and group permissions. - Create and manage spaces, templates, and content organization. - Configure and maintain add-ons, macros, and plug-ins. - Ensure system performance, availability, and regular backups. - Integrate Confluence with other Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket). - Monitor usage and support end-users with troubleshooting. - Maintain documentation standards and enforce content governance. - Implement best practices for content lifecycle management. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience as a Confluence Administrator. - Good knowledge of user/space permission structures. - Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, etc.). - Familiarity with add-ons like ScriptRunner, Comala, etc. - Understanding of API integrations and automation scripts. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Details: You may have experience with LDAP/SSO configurations and familiarity with DevOps practices or ITSM environments.
