Roles and Responsibilities : Class Scheduling & Coordination Prepare and maintain academic timetables for all courses. Allocate faculty and classrooms as per the course requirements. Ensure no overlap or conflict in class schedules. Adjust schedules as needed based on faculty availability and student requirements. Faculty & Resource Management Coordinate with faculty members regarding their availability. Assign faculty to classes based on their expertise and workload. Ensure that classrooms, studios, and necessary resources are available for scheduled sessions. Communication & Notifications Inform faculty and coordinators about schedule updates or changes in advance. Notify relevant departments regarding any schedule adjustments or room allocations. Address scheduling conflicts proactively and ensure smooth operations. Attendance & Compliance Monitor class attendance and report any discrepancies. Ensure adherence to academic schedules and institutional policies. Regularly update attendance records and ensure faculty compliance. Handling Rescheduling & Cancellations Manage last-minute faculty changes or cancellations effectively. Arrange for substitute faculty in case of absences. Communicate any changes to students and faculty promptly. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of class schedules, faculty allocations, and attendance. Generate reports related to faculty workload, student attendance, and schedule adherence. Provide data to management for analysis and decision-making. Student & Faculty Support Address student and faculty concerns regarding schedules. Work closely with admissions and academic teams to accommodate new batch scheduling.

Supporting problem resolution, decision-making and Conducting timely performance evaluations. Ensuring the employees are following the site policies, guidelines and procedures in the monitoring of the cameras. Managing a team of 4+ employees and ensuring that the team is meeting the desired standards & goals. Ensuring the protection for personnel and property on the client sites. Planning and goal-setting for future periods. Basic Qualifications: Must have Bachelor's degree or above. Must have 10-12 years of experience in management or supervisory positions. Computer skills are required as 100% of our work is on computers. Good communication skills (English, Punjabi preferred). Must be able to communicate in english. Team handling and conflicts resolution skills. Self-learner. Working hours will be 9 Hours.
