Role & responsibilities Installation and configuration of Servers, storage, networking devices like switch, routers etc. Installation and configuring of Windows Server, Linux Server Operating Systems. Through knowledge of desktop, workstations, servers, switches, routers troubleshooting skills Understanding of various LAN and WAN technologies. Through knowledge on networking topology, protocols, IP addressing, subnetting of network, etc Follow up with escalated calls / hardware issues with appropriate teams. Follow up with customer for resolution of hardware/software issues. Prepare accurate timely report. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should possess Diploma in C.Sc/ECE/EEE/BSc/B.Tech Good communication skills Candidate should have two-wheeler Excellent in problem solving skills Proven work experience in handling escalated calls. Proven work experience in handling servers, storage, switches, routers etc. Additional certification on Microsoft, Linux, Cisco technologies is a plus
