Role Overview: As a Configuration Specialist at Wipro, your main responsibility will be to configure and maintain the software and other technological aspects of the project for our client. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the configuration requirements are met and maintained according to the client's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in configuring applications based on client requirements - Gather configuration requirements from various functions and obtain approval from business owners - Plan and complete assigned configuration tasks within specified deadlines - Provide system configuration support to adapt to changing business needs - Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities - Support the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades - Maintain the configuration archive and ensure its upkeep - Ensure adherence to configuration standards and procedures - Modify existing configuration processes according to client requirements and maintain proper documentation - Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly - Manage MIS, Reporting & Backend Support - Prepare Daily and Monthly status reports on specific configuration parameters as requested by the client & stakeholders - Document and report based on client's requirements for configuration standards - Resolve modification or change requests from the client in a timely manner Qualification Required: - Experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment - Ability to ensure error-free onboarding & implementation, throughput %, and adherence to schedule - Previous experience in Quality & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Proficiency in troubleshooting queries and providing on-time delivery - Skills in enhancing customer experience - Completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
