Your role involves managing day-to-day implementation tasks, identifying and escalating issues, and ensuring that your team's work complies with standards, business requirements, and best practices. You will provide guidance to your team of software engineers, set expectations for their output and collaboration, and proactively address dependencies to meet business objectives. Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with standards, service level agreements, and business requirements, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team are also key aspects of your role. Your ability to effectively prioritize, maintain stability under pressure, and adapt plans as needed, along with strong multitasking skills and collaboration across teams, will be crucial. Experience in leading development teams with scripting proficiency is required. Key qualifications include formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 5 years of practical experience, coaching and mentoring skills, expertise in ServiceNow configuration principles, and advanced ServiceNow certifications. Hands-on experience in team leadership on the ServiceNow Platform, customer relationship skills, and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods are essential. You should also be well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Preferred qualifications include a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its IT systems.,
