Job Description

As the SAP Sales Order Management and Project Management Specialist at our company, you will have the end-to-end responsibility for overseeing SAP sales order management, project management, and customer-related process design and implementation. You will serve as the main contact and counterpart for Solution Design Owners in the Customer and Delivery Order Management area. Your role will involve defining and controlling the mapping of process definitions and requirements into SAP configuration and rules, as well as ensuring data model and data integrity within SAP. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining, approving, and aligning the scope of functionality between satellite and back-end systems, such as Salesforce and KONE Tendering and Ordering Configurator. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding Solution Design Owners to minimize KONE-specific developments and ensuring governance of the global KONE configuration template. You will also be tasked with exploring new SAP standard functionalities and aligning them with KONE's requirements. Collaboration and guidance to internal and external SAP development and support teams will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold an M.Sc. degree or equivalent qualification and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Project System (PS) and SAP SD. Your expertise should extend to SAP modules such as LE and MM, and you should be familiar with the latest SAP technologies including SAP S/4 HANA and SAP UI5 Fiori. Experience in Agile methodologies, ITIL processes, leadership in matrix organizations, supplier collaboration, and international stakeholder management will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, along with proficiency in change management, analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration, are essential for this role.
