Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an ServiceNow Admin with 5 years of ServiceNow Administration (users, roles, ACLs, instance health). Requirements Familiarity TSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge). Proficient in CMDB management & Discovery. Understanding of Configuration (forms, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer). Expertise in Reporting & Performance Analytics. Experience in Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) & data imports/exports. Understanding of Basic JavaScript scripting. Platform upgrades, patching and testing. Proficient in ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB best practices). Familiarity with Service Request & Knowledge Management.
