Config Lead

As a Config Lead at NTT DATA, your role will be pivotal in leading the configuration, testing, and support of o9 Supply Planning solutions for clients in various industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and o9 experts to ensure project success and value delivery through intelligent supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from configuration to delivery of o9 solutions globally. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into achievable blueprints. - Configure o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards based on client needs. - Establish and execute data integration strategies between o9 and enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle. - Conduct user training, support change management efforts, and post-go-live activities to enhance adoption. - Enhance internal processes and product features by incorporating customer feedback in collaboration with development teams. - Support customer demonstrations and mentor junior team members. Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of o9 implementation and supply chain planning experience. - Profound knowledge of supply chain processes including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP. - Experience in configuring o9's Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model in multiple implementations. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations. - Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business value realization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. - Consulting or client-facing experience in industries like CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
