As an Executive in the Master Health Checkup program, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless patient experience by coordinating and managing all activities related to the program. This will involve welcoming and guiding patients through the checkup process, scheduling appointments, and overseeing patient flow. You will be the main point of contact for patients, providing them with information about packages, procedures, and reports, as well as handling any feedback to ensure a positive service experience. In this role, you will work closely with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic departments to ensure timely tests and consultations. Maintaining accurate records of daily checkups and generating reports for management will also be a key part of your duties. Confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies are of utmost importance in this position. To qualify for this role, a relevant specialization such as MHA or MBA is required. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar capacity would be beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid time off. The work location is in person.
