As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to experience the daily operations of an HR department within an organization. Your role involves taking care of the employees, which includes tasks such as recruiting, handling disciplinary issues, managing performance evaluations and training programs, and ensuring a positive work environment conducive to employee satisfaction. Your duties and responsibilities as an HR Trainee will include: - Engaging in meetings with department representatives to address HR-related matters - Referring complex issues to senior HR staff for guidance - Supporting departments with their recruitment needs by collaborating with agencies/advertisers - Coordinating interviews with potential candidates, extending job offers, and conducting employee inductions - Assisting in gathering market salary data for annual salary reviews - Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Addressing miscellaneous queries from other employees within the company To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Genuine interest in building a career in HR - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Willingness to occasionally travel to regional offices - Enjoyment in collaborating with individuals - Confidence in data collection and financial calculations - Team player mindset with keen attention to detail This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a yearly bonus.
