Understand the local market dynamics, seasonal trends, and competitor activities to position offerings effectively. MICE Event Support: Work in collaboration with the MICE Sales Team to explore and secure event opportunities during corporate tours . Follow up with MICE clients to convert travel bookings into on-tour event mandates. Sales Planning & Reporting: Maintain a structured lead pipeline with weekly follow-ups and status updates. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports , projections, and feedback to the senior management. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with high accountability. Execution & Coordination: Be attentive as per the requirement for event execution, as per the client or production team's requirement. Liaise with the design, production, and vendor teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing (event agency or MICE background preferred). Strong knowledge of event production, execution, vendor coordination, and costing . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Experience with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting is essential. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred. Good local knowledge of Pune geography, venues, and business hubs . Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership of business development.
