Job Description: You are an experienced Java Developer with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Java/Java EE application development, providing expertise across the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing. You will play a crucial role in contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, writing efficient and testable code, ensuring designs meet specifications, and preparing software components for release. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
