As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, your role involves supporting the monitoring of Rotating Equipment through various techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy. You will be responsible for analyzing data, providing maintenance recommendations, and contributing to reliability improvement plans based on condition monitoring parameters. It is crucial to keep Rotating Equipment in optimal condition to prevent major breakdowns and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis of condition-based data, troubleshooting equipment problems, identifying potential failures, and preparing corrective action recommendations. You will work towards preventing equipment failures by utilizing condition monitoring data and tools, tracking equipment condition, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Ensuring compliance with maintenance best practices and providing support for condition monitoring practice documents are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in condition-based maintenance techniques, vibration analysis, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of Rotating Equipment maintenance, vibration standards, rotor dynamics, and mechanical design is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, accredited Vibration Analysis training, and familiarity with Condition Monitoring Data systems. Desirable qualifications include formal trainings in Condition Monitoring, knowledge of Rotating Equipment construction and maintenance, and certification in condition monitoring techniques. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring experience in industries such as Power, Refinery, or Petrochemical. Mandatory skills for this role include experience in O&G Downstream, Upstream, Midstream, and familiarity with AR_VR_MR technologies.,
