As a valued team member of the Global Card Administration Team at Visa Inc., your role will involve overseeing the administrative aspects of the Global Corporate and Purchasing Card Programs. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day functions related to the card programs, ensuring superior customer service for end users, and enforcing cardholder compliance with the Global Travel and Expense Policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the corporate and purchasing card program for CEMEA based employees - Acting as the main point of contact for issuing banks - Providing support for Visas T&E system and resolving technical inquiries - Conducting training sessions on T&E Policy and Concur functionality - Participating in global card program meetings to drive process improvements - Providing cross-regional support and assistance to team members as needed - Supporting regional tasks associated with mergers and acquisitions This is a hybrid position, and the expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree Preferred Qualifications: - 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree - Experience working directly with high volume Corporate Card and Purchasing card programs - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Strong client service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Proficiency in SAP Concur Expense, GIFS Oracle, and MS Office - Excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal communication - Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently - Experience leading others and handling confidential information - Experience communicating in global environments Join us at Visa, a purpose-driven industry leader, and make an impact today.,
