Responsibilities: Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for civil engineering equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand service needs and provide timely solutions. Maintain service reports, documentation, and logs for all site visits and maintenance activities. Assist in training client staff on proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, and procurement for timely resolution of technical issues. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during service operations. Keep updated with new technologies and best practices in civil engineering service solutions. Travel frequently within Bangalore and nearby locations as required. Desired profile: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in service, maintenance, or technical support roles in civil engineering or related industries.
