Staff Java Developer Location: Hyderabad Hybrid Experience Level: 8+ years (excluding academic or freelance work) As a Staff Java Developer at Vitech, you’ll lead the design and development of high-performance, cloud-native backend systems that handle massive volumes of real-time, transactional data. You’ll dive deep into backend development while also contributing to frontend work with ReactJS as well as architecting microservices using Advanced Core Java, Spring Boot, and modern AWS services to power mission-critical applications for global clients in the insurance, pension, and retirement sectors. What you will do: Lead and engage in the full software development lifecycle, from coding and design to testing and deployment. Apply advanced Core Java concepts like inheritance, interfaces, and abstract classes to solve complex, real-world business challenges. Work across the full stack, with a focus on backend development (Java) and frontend development (ReactJS) Build and optimize REST APIs for data-intensive systems Write raw SQL and use PostgreSQL and Hibernate for backend development Collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
