We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Excellence roles within technology or SaaS organizations. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team , driving project execution from requirement gathering to delivery. Key Responsibilities Customer Coordination & Technical Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical discussions, integration requirements, and new interface development for web or mobile platforms. Collaborate with customers to gather business and technical requirements, clarify scope, and ensure mutual understanding. Facilitate solution design discussions between the customer and internal technical teams. Ensure customer expectations are met through timely communication, progress updates, and issue resolution. Project Management & Delivery Oversight Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Lead project execution, release management, and delivery tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Manage change requests and assess impacts on timelines, scope, and budget. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and gain customer acceptance. Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership and stakeholders. Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, gaps, and process improvement areas. Team Management & Process Governance Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and productivity. Define, implement, and audit processes for Agile delivery, ticket management, and support workflows . Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives . Agile Coaching & Enablement Train teams on Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and backlog management. Promote an Agile mindset and maturity across teams. Quality & Compliance Align teams with standardized development practices and quality frameworks. Ensure audit readiness and adherence to compliance requirements. Essential Skills & Technical Competencies Proven experience in web and mobile application technologies . Knowledge of React, Java, Python, and RESTful web services . Strong understanding of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, and encryption . Ability to work with multiple technology stacks (front-end & back-end). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Understanding of cloud services (AWS & GCP preferred). Experience in server monitoring is a plus. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira .
