The key activity will consist of connecting with customers, understanding their requirements and presenting thought out solutions. This position will be based at our corporate office in Bangalore. Key roles and responsibilities include: - Request fulfillment Ownership of Customer Queries and Tasks Ensure quick response and timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor toward customers. Keep customer profiles updated and offer delight opportunities where appropriate.
