Your role will also involve developing customer service procedures, policies, and standards, as well as coordinating with hotels and restaurants for event arrangements. You will be expected to procure tickets and access for major sports events, keep members updated regularly, follow up on requests, and offer customized suggestions based on each member's preferences. Additionally, maintaining appropriate member profiles and ensuring availability during odd hours for urgent matters are essential aspects of this role. It is crucial to stay informed about new openings and events worldwide to provide the best service to our members. To qualify for this position, you should have a background in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, or related fields, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Concierge or hotel industry. Knowledge of handling executives, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals is necessary, along with a good understanding of worldwide travel destinations and luxury products/services. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
