Opening is with one of our prestigious client Location- Noida (WFO) CTC-upto10 LPA Job Description for Digital Marketing • Responsible for planning, strategizing and execution of digital strategies by keeping the end results in mind. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, focused on-demand generation, conversion optimization and driving revenue in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base. • Responsible for new customer acquisition campaigns, customer retention, ROAS and traffic-driving campaigns, including but not limited to content marketing, display advertising, search marketing (SEO and SEM), email, affiliate marketing, retargeting and social marketing. • Responsible for research & present a sales/marketing pitch for prospects (Business Development) • Responsible for preparing monthly performance reports for client review meetings. There are 2 openings OPENING 1- D2C Business Manager- Noida & Bangalore location (WFO) Max CTC upto 12 LPA Key Responsibilities Own and drive D2C growth and revenue for assigned brand accounts. • Act as the single point of contact for brand partnersmanaging expectations, deliverables, and performance. • Collaborate with internal teams: Performance Marketing, Social Media, Tech, Creative, SEO and Retention to deliver on brand goals. • Design and implement GTM strategies, seasonal campaigns, and comprehensive growth plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly). • Optimize the brands website experience and product merchandising in line with its positioning and consumer journey. • Analyze funnel data and sales metrics to identify opportunities for conversion and AOV improvement. • Lead periodic business reviews with internal stakeholders and client leadership. Key Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing D2C or brand-led eCommerce businesses. • Graduate/Postgraduate from NIFT or a similar premier institute in fashion, retail, or business. • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital consumer behavior, and lifecycle marketing. • Proficient with platforms and tools such as Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, and other digital analytics and marketing dashboards. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
