Role & responsibilities End to end architecture knowledge (EOC/ECM) in overall environment Must know about end-to-end call flow for Quote to order and order to provisioning journey. Must know in detail about protocols used like SOAP, REST, JMS etc Complete knowledge of internal components of EOC/ECM like finders, interfaces, documents, business process etc. Must have the knowledge of internal table structure of EOC/ECM. Must be aware of catalog driven architecture and how to implement it using EOC/ECM. Basic knowledge on Shell scripting and SQL queries. Release and Deployment experience on Live environment. Supporting implementation teams with expertise in telecom/BSS/OSS area
