Must know in detail about protocols used like SOAP, REST, JMS etc Complete knowledge of internal components of EOC/ECM like finders, interfaces, documents, business process etc. Must have the knowledge of internal table structure of EOC/ECM. Must be aware of catalog driven architecture and how to implement it using EOC/ECM. Basic knowledge on Shell scripting and SQL queries. Release and Deployment experience on Live environment. Supporting implementation teams with expertise in telecom/BSS/OSS area
