Education: Bachelor s degree in civil engineering & master s degree in construction management or equivalent Experience: Minimum 15+ years of relevant estimating experience with Construction field experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing. Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards. Work experience using ACAD, Revit, Civil 3D will be preferred. Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications. Ability to perform conceptual & Design estimates in multiple trades and review estimates in many trades. Advanced knowledge of multiple disciplines, estimating techniques and cost controls. Ability to estimate many types of projects/contracts.; Strong personal computer skills including intermediate knowledge of estimating, and On- Screen digitizing software.; Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills essential; Fluent command of spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Professional certification s will be preferred like AACE and CPE etc.
