We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer dedicated to designing marketing collaterals, newsletters, social media images, print magazines, and other creatives to support our activities. As a Graphic Designer, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating artistic ability and creative thinking to design compelling graphics that engage and sell effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent concept-to-design skills and organizational abilities to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines without compromising creative flair. Responsibilities: - Experience with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Complete design responsibility of a monthly magazine, including visualization, pagination, illustrations, photo editing, and layouts. - Create covers, layouts, and designs based on the target audience. - Collaborate with copywriters and editors to produce the final design. - Provide creative, professional, and impactful options aligned with our corporate identity. - Maintain a graphic library consisting of icons, graphics, photography, and banners. - Manage projects from concept through production, communicating deadlines and project scope effectively. - Balance multiple priorities efficiently to meet client deadlines. - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. - Create bespoke designs for presentation materials as required. - Design impactful ads for publications. - Design marketing materials. - Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, and others to complete projects. - Ability to develop and edit videos is a plus.
