Workdays: Monday to Friday Work Mode: Work from Office Division: HR Department Salary: 4.5L to 5.5L Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and passionate Associate HR with 46 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions. The role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and supporting overall HR strategy implementation. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding). Identify and engage suitable candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers. Drive employer branding initiatives through social media and hiring campaigns. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure seamless onboarding for new employees. Conduct orientation sessions and initial training support for new joiners. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files. Support statutory compliance related to labor laws and HR audits. Assist in HR documentation (appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.). Employee Engagement & Communication: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and celebrations. Support grievance redressal mechanisms and foster positive employee relations. Performance Management Support: Assist in periodic performance appraisal processes. Track probation completions, confirmations, and performance feedback cycles. HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and recruitment MIS. Provide monthly reports on recruitment status, attrition, and HR initiatives. Key Requirements: MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute. 4–6 years’ experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and prioritize tasks. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement, and HR systems. Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
