Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing website SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall website performance. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for the company’s website(s) independently. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Perform regular on-page optimization (meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, content recommendations, etc.). Manage technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console, and coordinate fixes with the development team. Handle off-page SEO including backlink analysis, outreach, and link-building activities. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively. Ensure all SEO activities comply with the latest search engine guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Ability to perform website audits and make technical recommendations. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make SEO decisions. Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage projects independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
