Technical Design and Detailing a. Architectural Drawings: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software. b. Material Specifications: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that are durable, cost-effective, and suitable for the space's functionality. c. Lighting Design: Plan effective lighting solutions that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space (e.g., ambient, task, and accent lighting). d. Acoustics: Design spaces with appropriate acoustics, ensuring that sound levels are optimized, especially in offices, conference rooms, and open spaces e.
