Concept Artist

As a Senior Designer, your role will involve overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. You will be responsible for designing original pieces such as illustrations and infographics. Additionally, you will review the work of junior designers to ensure high-quality design. It will be your responsibility to refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software. Your creativity will be essential in generating ideas to effectively portray concepts and advertise products/services. Moreover, you will work towards increasing user-friendliness in digital products and collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery - Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics - Review junior designers work to ensure high-quality design - Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software - Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services - Increase user-friendliness in digital products - Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role - Portfolio of completed design projects - Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Proficiency in design software such as InDesign and Balsamiq - Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts - Attention to visual details - Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with a team - BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field Please note that this is a full-time role based in Pune, India.,
