Daily Virtual Interviews Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries : Answering questions about products or services, providing information, and offering guidance. Resolving customer issues: Troubleshooting problems, addressing complaints, and finding solutions to customer concerns. Providing support: Helping customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and make the most of their experience. Managing customer interactions: Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, actively listening to customer needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Recording and reporting: Documenting customer interactions, tracking issues, and providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
