You will be responsible for providing desktop/server support in the Electronics/IT industry at Radius Infotech Pvt. Ltd., located in Ghaziabad (Indirapuram). As a part of the Installation, Configuration & Support functional area, you will be required to have a Diploma/B.Tech (IT) qualification and 0-2 years of experience. Your major responsibilities will include having knowledge of operating systems such as Win7, 8, 8.1, 10, Win Server 2012/16, Linux, troubleshooting network connectivity problems, monitoring server performance, documenting server configurations, resolving user and computer/server issues, testing systems, providing technical support over phone or email, troubleshooting hardware, software, or networking issues, knowledge of network technologies (VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN), maintaining, repairing computers/systems, installing software and hardware, network device installation & troubleshooting, and managing user issues within the AD environment. Additionally, you will be expected to report daily to the Senior Reporting Authority, provide service for existing systems, handle customer interactions ensuring their satisfaction, work effectively in a team, possess good written and spoken communication skills, demonstrate creative flair, and be able to handle work pressure efficiently.
