As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and execution of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, preparing drawings and estimates, supervising construction activities, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with specifications and drawings. You will be accountable for tracking and measuring work progress, checking running and final bills, preparing variation statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Additionally, your role may involve project documentation, quality control, and engaging with various stakeholders based on project needs. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in building construction, industrial civil construction work, and interior works. Your ability to supervise work according to specified standards, prepare PERT/progress charts, schedule civil works, and handle computerized billing will be highly beneficial. Proficiency in executing civil construction utilizing available labor and materials, as well as experience in fabricating structural steel work and interior works, are essential. Familiarity with new technologies in building construction and interior works, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, will be advantageous. Moreover, proficiency in AUTOCAD, Excel, PERT, and MS Project is required. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputable university. You should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in building construction, industrial civil construction work, or interior work within reputed industries or organizations. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the work location.
