Job Title: Coding & Innovation Lab Facilitator Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary Package: Up to ■15,000 – ■20,000 per month (based on experience and skills). Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Coding Teacher / Facilitator who can engage and guide students in basic coding and innovation-based projects. While advanced knowledge of coding or robotics is not mandatory, a passion for learning, the ability to coordinate with students, and strong communication skills are essential. You will work with our structured curriculum, activities, and resources to ensure students enjoy a fun and interactive learning experience in STEM subjects. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct coding and basic robotics sessions for students (Grades [X–X]) using provided lesson plans and materials. - Coordinate with students, encouraging active participation, teamwork, and creativity. - Provide guidance during hands-on activities, ensuring all students are engaged and supported. - Monitor student progress and maintain basic records of attendance and performance. - Collaborate with school staff and the Innovation Lab team to organize workshops, exhibitions, and competitions. - Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. - Stay updated with basic coding concepts and activities through in-house training. Requirements: - Passion for working with children and fostering curiosity in STEM subjects. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer literacy (training for coding & robotics curriculum will be provided). - Ability to coordinate group activities and manage classroom interactions. - A positive attitude towards learning new technologies and concepts. - Prior teaching or facilitation experience (preferred but not mandatory).
