We are seeking a highly motivated, technically driven, and hands-on leader to bring our strong vision to life for our product. The AEM Guides team is working on a new technology CCMS used by Fortune-500 companies for publishing millions of documents. This presents a unique opportunity to work in a startup-like environment within a large organization, where all product functions collaborate closely with business counterparts and large enterprise customers. As we grow rapidly and expand the product scope and customer base, we are looking for individuals who can rise to the challenge. As a Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe, you will be responsible for leading and shaping complex features within our systems. Your role will involve architecting scalable solutions, integrating complex systems, designing advanced algorithms, making strategic design decisions, and staying ahead of emerging technologies to drive innovation in the marketing technology space. We are looking for passionate individuals who can translate intricate product features into scalable and efficient solutions, with expertise in architectural decision-making and team mentoring. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting new services and features, staying abreast of emerging industry technologies to influence product direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building technical specifications and prototypes, resolving production issues, and developing solutions to prevent future issues. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of technical experience, excellent computer science fundamentals, expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, proficiency in frontend performance optimization, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and more. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, architectural skills in scalable design patterns, performance monitoring, component libraries, code reviews & standards, and system design are essential for this role at Adobe.
