Role Overview: You will be joining Adobe, a leading software company that empowers individuals and organizations worldwide to create, imagine, and bring digital experiences to life. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing digital experiences by optimizing memory usage, developing tools, investigating issues, collaborating with engineers, and promoting standard methodologies for memory optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze & Optimize Memory Usage: Evaluate the application's memory usage and identify areas for optimization. - Tool & Framework Development: Develop tools for memory leak detection and improvement. - Issue Investigation: Investigate memory stability issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions. - Collaboration: Partner with engineers to understand and address memory issues. - Automation & Monitoring: Design and maintain automation frameworks and dashboards for memory health. - Standard Methodologies: Develop and advocate for standard memory optimization methodologies. - Reporting: Regularly report on platform memory health to collaborators and leaders. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of software engineering experience - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, web technologies, and familiarity with modern frameworks like Lit, React, or Web Components - Experience debugging and optimizing browser-based applications, especially on memory-constrained environments like iOS - Deep understanding of browser memory models, garbage collection, and memory leaks - Experience with profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Safari Web Inspector, Xcode Instruments) and crash analysis - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing frameworks - Ability to investigate complex issues and develop reproducible test cases (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description provided),
