JOB TITLE:- "Social Media Pages Handler"

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Pages Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms and monitoring applications related to our brand. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and ensure smooth application functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1) Social Media Management : -

Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create, curate, and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Monitor social media trends and industry news to keep our content relevant and timely. - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, fostering community engagement.

2) Application Monitoring : -

Regularly monitor the performance and functionality of company's employees/sales staff in the official application of the company. - Identify issues, bugs, or user feedback related to applications and communicate these to the development team. - Track key performance metrics for applications and report findings to management.

Qualifications : -

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media management and application monitoring will be a plus. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.

Skills: -

Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
