Computer Operator (Marketing Support)

As a Computer Operator (Marketing Support), you’ll ensure smooth digital operations essential for our marketing department. You’ll manage daily data processing, support colleagues with MS Excel and Word, perform web-based tasks, and harness the power of ChatGPT to help create compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform data processing tasks and daily batch jobs using Excel and Word.

2. Conduct web research and content collection to support marketing needs (e.g., market insights, trends, competitor analysis).

3. Utilize ChatGPT effectively for drafting marketing copy, social posts, or summarizing research.

Must-Have Qualifications

1.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, pivot tables) and Word.

2. Comfortable performing web browsing, online data collection, and research.

3. Familiar and confident using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with copywriting, summarization, or ideation.
