This hybrid role ensures smooth inventory management and efficient documentation using computer systems. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain organized stock levels and assist in inventory control. Update inventory records and generate reports using MS Excel or ERP software. Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and dispatch documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for stock requirements. Perform regular stock audits and assist in physical verification. Handle email correspondence and maintain digital filing systems. Ensure timely data entry and backup of store-related information. Required Skills Working knowledge of inventory and storekeeping practices. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic computer operations. Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
