Job Description

  • Data Entry & Management:
  • Enter data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all data is correctly entered, updated, and stored according to company standards.
  • Perform routine checks and audits to ensure data integrity and correctness.
  • Update records and perform data corrections as necessary.
  • File & Document Management:
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and well-organized.
  • Create and manage databases for tracking various office processes.
  • Assist with scanning, digitizing, and archiving documents.
  • Office Operations Support:
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
  • Process and track office orders, requests, and correspondences.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments or meetings using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Handle routine office tasks like filing, photocopying, and sorting mail.
  • System and Software Management:
  • Use office software like Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Sheets for managing and processing data.
  • Operate office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, fax machines) and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of software applications used for data entry and processing.
  • Report Generation:
  • Generate reports based on input data and compile statistical information as needed.
  • Assist in creating documents like spreadsheets, memos, and presentations.
  • Data Entry Quality Control:
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Perform quality checks and proofreading of entered data and other documents.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, or messages relating to data and office inquiries.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and office documents.
  • Follow company protocols for secure data handling and privacy policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
