Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator who will also be responsible for receiving customers and providing front-desk support. The ideal candidate should have computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain computer systems and office equipment.
  • Greet and receive customers or visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records, files, and logs as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings when needed.
  • Support administrative or clerical tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email usage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation and a polite, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma / Degree or equivalent.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based position.
  • Regular working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
