Computer Operator Cum Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Computer Operator cum Coordinator who will handle client requests for design updates and ensure all changes are completed smoothly and quickly. This role involves communicating with clients mainly through chat and email, making minor design edits independently, and coordinating with designers for more significant updates. Requirements: Strong written communication skills for chatting and emailing with clients. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar). (Not to worry if you don't know any of these we'll guide you through out) Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design edits and quality checks. Ability to manage multiple requests at once and prioritize tasks effectively. Teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with designers. 1. Client CommunicationCommunicate with clients primarily via chat and email to understand their design change requests. Confirm and clarify details of the requested changes as needed. Provide regular updates to clients about the status of their requests. 2. Making Minor Design EditsUse basic design tools to make small updates or edits to designs yourself (e.g., adjusting text, colors, or layouts). Ensure minor changes align with client expectations and maintain design quality. 3. Collaborating with DesignersIdentify when a change requires the expertise of the design team. Pass detailed instructions to designers for major updates. Follow up with the design team to ensure changes are completed on time. 4. Quality CheckReview all changes—whether done by you or the design team—to ensure they are accurate and meet client requirements. Send finalized designs back to the client for approval. 5. Organization and TimelinessKeep track of all client requests, ensuring every change is completed promptly. Maintain clear records of communication and updates for reference.
