Job Description

1. Monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime 2. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and system checks 3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff 4. Ensuring data security and integrity, following established protocols and procedures 5. Maintaining accurate records and logs of system performance, issues, and maintenance activities 6. Operating and managing computer hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and peripherals 7. Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware as needed 8. Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, protecting against cyber threats 9. Providing technical support to users, answering questions and resolving issues 10. Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and other projects as needed 11. Collaborating with other IT staff to ensure seamless system operation and support 12. Following established procedures and protocols for system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting 13. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is properly stored and secured Participating in training and professional development to stay current with new technologies and best practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Computer operation: 4 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Tamil (Required) Work Location: In person
